2. Piece of Cake makes every effort to ensure all information provided is accurate. Piece of Cake does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions. Piece of Cake reserves the right to update the information on the website without prior notice.

Dietary Requirement/Allergen

1. Piece of Cake PTE. LTD. (Shop Name TAKE A BAKE) is Singapore Food Agency and MUIS Halal-Certified. Our Halal Certification is valid till 30/Sep/2025.
2. Piece of Cake will not take any responsibility for allergic reactions. If there is any dietary requirement or allergen, please contact and receive affirmation before placing your order. 
   
3. Piece of Cake uses food-safe coloring to achieve the desired cake design outcome. Dark colors tend to alter the intended taste and result in staining. Do opt for lighter color designs or request light colors to mitigate staining.

Cancellation

1. For order cancellation, we will convert the order value to store credit for future celebrations.
   (1.1) If the delivery date is 5 days away from the cancellation date, we will convert 100% of the order value to store credit.
   (1.2) If the delivery date is 5 days or more than 5 days away from the cancellation date, we will charge a 20% cancellation charge and convert 80% of the order value to store credit. 
2.  We understand that every situation is different and we will do our best to assist you. If there is a need to change the celebration date, you can connect with us via Whatsapp at 86885764 to arrange a change of date.
