Due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order Cancellation
For order cancellation, we will convert the order value to store credit for future celebrations.

- If the delivery date is 5 days away from the cancellation date, we will convert 100% of the order value to store credit.
- If the delivery date is 5 days or more than 5 days away from the cancellation date, we will charge a 20% cancellation charge and convert 80% of the order value to store credit. 

We understand that every situation is different and we will do our best to assist you. If there is a need to change the celebration date, you can connect with us via Whatsapp at 8685764 to arrange a change of date.
